Distillation Column manufacturer in Pune, India
We manufacture distillation columns for the chemical, petroleum and laboratory sectors — used to separate liquids, petroleum fractions, coal tar and natural gas at scale.
Columns are fabricated in stainless or alloy steel with shells, internal supports and nozzles built to your process design, and pressure-tested for strength and leak-tightness before shipping.

Which distillation columns do you manufacture?
We manufacture 2 types: Distillation Column and Distillation Column — Compact. Each is built to your specification at our works in Pune, Maharashtra.
Can you build distillation columns to my drawing or data sheet?
Yes. Our in-house CAD/CAM design team prepares GA drawings from your process data — capacity, design pressure and temperature, nozzle orientation and material of construction — for your approval before fabrication.
What materials do you use for distillation columns?
SS 304, SS 316, SS 310, duplex stainless steel and mild steel as standard, with Inconel, titanium, Monel, copper and brass available for demanding duties.
